Welcome to Stepping Up. A visual novel where you will be returning to the only home you have ever known, with the traumatic memories of a hard fought war fresh in your mind.
Reunite with people from your past and try to pick up the pieces while having some fun along the way. Those around you have all grown up and changed in the time you have been gone.
You will need to reconnect with them and rebuild your relationships. Will you follow the path of love, or something a little more sinister. The choice is yours, it's your time to step up!
Genre and Setting
The game will be focused mainly within a home environment/shared living situation and school setting. Players will be able to choose between different routes with each girl resulting in different outcomes.
You as the player will have to step up and become the man of the house and shape the world around you to your liking with a few surprises along the way.
Pacing and Updates
The initial version/s will be introductions to the characters with branching choices for each of the girls beginning soon thereafter. The game will contain sexual content that will escalate in proportion to the relationship with each of the girls and the choices made by the player. In terms of pacing I expect to release update between 6 to 8 weeks with each update having progression with at least 2 girls.

Becoming a patron will really help me to continue to work on this project and further enhance the quality of the game. There are settings that I cannot run properly on my current system so any and all support will go towards upgrading my system to enable higher visual quality renders and animations. Development
Right now the game is days away from its first release. I am currently working solo on this at the moment so everything from renders, story and dialogue, programming and audio is all handled by me. There are many features I will be adding along the way to improve the aesthetic and overall look of the game such as a gallery , stats icon, phone feature and many others. Features will only be added if they add value or make the game easier or more enjoyable for the player.
What won't I see in this game.
The one feature of all the games that I have played that I dislike the most are mini-games. Even more so when they break the immersion, feel too grindy or are really badly implemented. As of now this game will not contain mini games of any kind. If supporters would like to see them included then that is something that I can implement at a later stage.

NTR is not planned. Will depend on supporters of the game, tags will be updated as game develops.
Never leave the content choices up to the supporters. The dev should have a clear idea of what he wants to add. Otherwise you are going to have whomever has the most money asking for crap stuff. The only choices that the subs should be making is on polls for outfits, monthly renders, etc. Not fetish's

Just to clarify, the storyline and characters won't be influenced by money .Only Tier 3 supporters will be able to suggest ideas about scenes they would like to see and I will only chose the ones I like and implement them. Oof, never a good idea to leave story and fetish content up to anyone else. You should know the audience you want to court and then make the game that suits that group and still upholds your vision. Games and other stories made by committee almost never end up well. I have no doubt there are a bunch of thing you have ruled out 100%, like will you leave the inclusion of necrophilia up to supporters? NTR ought to be treated the same. Unless it is what you want, in which case please just say so now.
Harem and NTR don't mix, you say you want a harem story. So, I'd recommend you make that game since you have clearly said it will be in the game. No need to mix two fetishes that are polar opposite and drive away the players that want the genre you have already planned to include.
Just a bit of food for thought: While NTR is often considered by westerns to only be a current love interest cheating on the Mc it should be noted that in Japan and for most people who dislike it, NTR includes NTR adjacent content as well as all the "Not technically NTR," content that some try to slip in such as flashback or "Not love interests yet," where girls bang other guys. None of that type of stuff adds to a game that isn't an NTR focused game. Some even consider lesbian stuff if the player (not just the Mc but the player as well) gives full consent.

I read what you replied to Vortex, and I take it to mean there is nothing to worry about. Since you will only choose to implement suggestion you like and you've ruled out NTR already that it won't be showing up even if people ask for it.
